All payments must be completed before accessing any class, session, or course material.

 

3. Non‑Refundable Policy

Unless stated otherwise, class payments are non‑refundable. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

 

4. Missed Classes

If a student misses a class, payment cannot be transferred or refunded unless previously agreed.

 

5. Late or Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is incomplete, access to classes may be paused until payment is resolved.

Account Suspension Policy

1. Grounds for Suspension

We may suspend or restrict an account if a user:

  • Violates our Terms & Conditions

  • Misuses or distorts Islamic content

  • Engages in disrespectful, abusive, or harmful behaviour

  • Attempts to copy, redistribute, or commercially use protected content

  • Uses the platform for spam, fraud, or misleading activity

  • Poses a risk to the safety or integrity of the community

 

2. Temporary vs. Permanent Suspension

  • Temporary suspension may be applied for minor or first‑time violations.

  • Permanent suspension may occur for repeated violations or serious misconduct.​​

​3. Notice of Suspension

We may notify the user of the suspension and the reason for it. In serious cases, we may suspend an account without prior notice.

 

4. Appeal Process

Users may contact us privately to request a review of their suspension. We will consider appeals on a case‑by‑case basis, but we are not obligated to reinstate an account.

5. No Refunds for Suspended Accounts

If a user is suspended for violating our policies, payments already made for classes or services are non‑refundable.

 

6. Protection of Community and Content

We reserve the right to suspend any account that threatens the safety, respect, or educational purpose of this platform.
